BoneFish Grill?
Being the initial line of defense for the restaurant and ensuring that the guests experience is at the highest quality.
From greeting, to seating, to coordinating where people should/need to sit in respect of the server staff, the job opened me up to a different type of communication with people in a restaurant from MANY diverse backgrounds.
