How would you describe what you did at Parker Stanbury?

Ran the daily operations of the Referral Department for a major law firm. Supervised 20+ employees, customer service, interviewing, hiring, employee consultations, firing, billing, payroll, coordinated salary offers to candidates, also supervised the Follow Up department and the Summons and Complaints department, etc.
