How would you describe what you did at GNC?

Daily communicated with senior management and regional manager. Met regional goal and competed with store across the region. Superivsed 3 to 4 sales associates. Trained employees how to best utilize the preferred corporate selling system. Met daily managemetn responsibilites maintaining sales floors, inventory, planograms, shipment records and problems, daily, weekly recording keeping on sales, quotas and new sales promotions. Able to develop staff and built productive teams. Consistently received certificates in the top five in sales, promotions and quotas in the region. Conducted conference calls to over 36 stores including store managers, senior managers and regional manager on education of products, sales and upsales.
