What's the secret to getting hired at GNC?

Being outgoing, competitive, confident, personal, professional and friendly. Have an open attitude. Be able to communicate with different kinds of people. Able to summorize the person needs and then implement these needs. Have education on the products and knowledge on diseases. Be a self starter and able to work without much supervision.
