Course work focused on Human Growth and Development, Health Care Management, Health Care Finance, Managed Care, Health Care Communications, Health Care Law, Cultural Diversity, Quality and Organizational Improvement, Social Systems, Organizational Stress Management, and Health Advocacy in Communities. Thesis project included Organizational Assessment and development and implementation of new policies and procedures.
