How would you describe what you did at
WaMu?
* Primarily supported the Frontier reconciliation tool and was responsible for the management of modifications, enhancements, production issues, communications, and collaboration sites
* Acted as liaison between technology teams and internal business clients and served as subject matter expert in relation to Frontier data security and system access
* Provided ad hoc reporting for Frontier as well the two other department supported applications; GLOWED which was used for elevation reporting and RCTS which was used to track and document Sarbanes-Oxley assessments
* Conducted User Access Reviews for GLOWED and Frontier. Reviews were necessary in order to be compliant with audit requirements.
* Streamlined Frontier forms and developed other production tools which lead to a reduction in processing times and a decrease in the number of clerical errors
