How would you describe what you did at youngstown state university?

I maintained full-time student status while working at my current employer. The last two semesters of my college career heavily included my Administrator-In-Training (AIT) Program, which allowed me to gain thorough hands on experience as a potential Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
