How would you describe what you did at Corbis?

- Managed all Corbis Artist Representation production in the Americas. Initiated and managed the in-house production business, created materials and templates, developed vendor deals, established relationships. Produced various commercial campaigns with award winning photographers.
- Analyzed workflow and implemented procedures for smarter, more effective and efficient use of existing and new tools. Managed financial, material and human resources of our organization.
- Created budgets for specific assignments and liaised with clients and photographers to be certain all budget parameters were accurate and understood prior to initiating production.
- Developed solutions for clients by understanding all their assignment needs, discussing the most suitable photographers for these needs, providing portfolios for review and offering suggestions and creative direction, as well as providing estimates of production costs and fee structure.
- Participated in the development of strategies and workflows for Artist Representation's new Global division.
- Helped promote the Artist Representation division, maintained close dialogue and worked collaboratively with marketing. Lead various promotional projects and initiatives. (Created DVDs, promo cards, presentations, gallery shows, competition submissions, newsletters, announcements, brochures, the website etc.)
