Liaise with customers by phone or email in order to process requests & handle queries. Data entry. Perform all administration functions within allocated time frames. Generating reports & troubleshooting tools. Also part of the trainers' team, which was responsible for training new joiners. Support to team member when required & able to take advice & feedback from others. Contribute to the achievement of team targets. Troubleshooting the tools and finding out the more appropriate methods.
