Hold positions in KM and training management, supporting business development and project delivery. Responsible for devising and executing strategy in training management, knowledge and information management, and communications in an industry where no prior strategy, team, or other legacy and precedent existed. Tasks also include designing and implementing KM websites, programs, operations, exchanges, and training seminars to support industry practitioners. Manage a small staff and report to executive leadership. * Direct a team of 3 and an additional project-based staff of up to 10 to support all global public sector industry initiatives related to knowledge sharing, learning, research, and marketing. * Implemented a forward thinking, active model of community knowledge management strategy, complementing the traditional more passive model of content management. * The community knowledge management model, * delivers multiple educational sessions on current trends and innovative solutions every month to hundreds of our global practitioners; * complements the development and commercialization of some of the consulting industry's most cutting edge thought leadership; * attracts 100's of monthly visitors from over 60 countries to a dedicated website for information and knowledge exchange * creates needed marketing and service delivery materials, methods, and tools; * supported over $30 million of active pursuits in one community in one year; * collected global qualification documents described by users as "greatest set of quals" * facilitated development and commercialization of one of the most comprehensive, most distributed, and most heralded public sector thought leadership publications.
