The ability to go along while getting along - but to at the same time stand apart. You have to be a cultural fit - but at the same time exhibit experience, accomplishment, as well as core skills that all point to an ability (current or future) to break apart from the pack and lead innovation - e.g. to develop a new line of service for clients; to pioneer a new (and better!) way of doing things; etc.
