* Supports the Workflow Manager, and other members of the Practice Group in daily activities; filing, typing, faxing, message taking etc. Make travel arrangements as necessary. * As requested, create files for new matters assigned to attorneys * Maintain supply levels, coordinate ordering as needed. Ensure functionality of office machines, contact the support areas as necessary. * Maintain employee attendance for all department members as dictated in each site. Process and maintain business-related expenses. * Arrange meetings, conference rooms, calls and bridge lines. Arrange catering as requested. * Retrieve faxes, sort and deliver mail, overnight mail etc. Photocopy documents as requested. * Provide assistance on projects as required from time to time.
