Ticketmaster?
Responsibilities include the provision of technical support for Ticketmaster outlets in Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina; supervision of a staff of five to nine ticket center coordinators; visitation of ticket centers and provision of any needed training as well as maintenance of supplies and ticket stock. Created and maintained coordinator work schedules. Maintain ticket stock usage and refund inventory for outlets as well as catalogue cash cards and charge slips. Participated in weekly staff, marketing, and on-sale meetings. Submit monthly sales figures, progress reports, and provide training for ticket center employees. Handle problems that arise with regard to disputed charges, lost tickets, refunds, exchanges, etc. Participated in any disciplinary actions that arose with members of our staff. Maintain knowledge of the Ticketmaster Icefish and PCI computer programs. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office '97, 2000, and XP systems.
