Evaluated current strategy and process to identify areas of improvement. Responsible for developing an effective strategy and process improvements to enhance and maximize the return on investment for various diversity recruiting events. Serve as liaison for external diversity organizations and leverage relationships to further Apple's diversity efforts. Collaborate with HR marketing department in creation of collateral for diversity events. Used traditional and non-traditional sourcing and recruitment methods to attract and identify diverse talent.
