As Senior RF Optimization Engineer, my task is to make a general study and audit on
Cable and Wireless GSM Network for improving the KPI. The study includes new cell
planning for densification purposes, BSS parameter modifications for solving
optimization problems, Hardware modifications (as tilt, azimuth, antennas), Indoor
Penetration Loss study including a validation on a new Link Budget and Path Balance.
I'm also involved in a Biband Study 850/1900 MHz for the all Jamaica. (CW wants to
use TDMA frequency Band for improving his 1900 MHz GSM Network)
Planning tool is ASSET V4.2 from AIRCOM
