What are the most rewarding aspects of your job?
The most rewarding part of my job comes at the point where you know your client so well that when you speak to that "perfect candidate" you know it immediately. Really it boils down to placing good people at good companies. It brings a deep feeling of satisfaction to watch a company grow because of your efforts and likewise watching your hires bud within the company.
