brown university?
Maintain data integrity for applications and data feeds
Coordinated all aspects of summer registration, orientations and available resources
Support/process all international student documentation for F1 Visa/managed D-base
Research and reply to customers (phone and e-mail 8k per year)
Trouble shoots customer-reported problems; tracks and resolves these issues
Communicate regularly with end-user groups (brown depts.. and vendors)
Coordinate user acceptance testing of new systems
Chair, prepare and organize department meetings with Brown community for services
Works with developers to fix system issues (Brown online app. Homegrown d-bases)
Write and maintain end-user documentation for system enhancements and changes
Understand the end-user's jobs (brown employees) and the business impact of the systems
Advocate for end-user's needs to increase productivity
Perform admin functions for all of the Applications group
Work with the Help Desk with troubleshooting application installs and end user support
Write and calculate weekly and annual reports
