-Managed negotiation and licensing of close to $1 million dollars worth of content. Successfully negotiated cost reductions and "throw-ins" totaling more than $120,000. Promoted new negotiation method to save the department thousands in content costs. Collaborated with licensing team members to transition 1/3 of contracts to multi-year agreements.
-Researched and presented information about electronic resource management systems to department.
-Worked with technical team to assist users with issues.
-Trained with Pfizer legal department and procurement.
