What's the secret to getting hired at Sumtotal Systems?

For our department you have to be fun, excited about technology and eager to learn new technologies. Strong background in ASP, IIS 5/6, Load Balancing, Web Hosting and SAAS are always preferred in candidates. We also like employees who can brainstorm quickly and come up with strong troubleshooting methodologies.
