Nortel Networks?
Created pipeline from the University Channel to recruit 250 new graduate engineers to staff Nortel's Global Center of Excellence focused on Product and Technical support for customers worldwide. Also developed interview process, conducted interviews and reported to senior management on status of recruitment effort. Developed long term relationships with key Universities and Faculty heads that are focused on providing ongoing pipeline of candidates and input from Nortel leadership on student education.
