T-Mobile?
Member of Management Team responsible for strategic decision-making and implementation of nationwide recruiting activities. Supervised individuals responsible for filling over 5000 sales (retail, business to business, indirect and technical) and engineering positions annually. Positions range from entry level to executive director. Responsibility to hire, train and develop a high-performing remote team of one manager, up to 15 recruiters and 10 recruiting assistants
