I prefer a casual yet professional work environment where team building and quality of work are valued over managerial hierarchy and quantity of work. I like variety in my daily routine and in my job responsibilities. I like to be intellectually challenged and to work in a team-oriented and supportive environment. I believe in leading by example and in building highly functional and cooperative teams by focusing on people's strengths rather than their weaknesses. I am atheletic, enjoy sports and the great outdoors, prefer limited travel, and in having a global perspective.
