Responsible for providing overall investment management support to a team of portfolio managers with over 200 relationships including personal trust and high net worth individual clients with a net market value of over $465 million. Participate in meetings with clients to review portfolio structure and performance attribution, financial objectives, appropriate asset allocation, relevant market conditions and communicate Banks' current investment strategy. Maintain accurate client profiles, research complex transactions, confirm and track historical cost basis of holdings. Prepare customized portfolio reports, monitor cash positions, re-invest bond maturities and communicate prospective recommendations to portfolio managers and clients. Utilize SEI platform to enter equity and fixed income securities trades, implement portfolio re-optimizations and allocation strategies, efficiently trade securities with multiple tax lots and track trade execution. Actively participate in the monthly account evaluation process. Review Trust agreements, Investment Policy Statements and Banks' directives to ensure portfolios are invested as instructed by the governing documents. Serve as regional Secretary of the Account Review Committee by conducting portfolio reviews, preparing monthly Agenda and facilitating meetings to assure portfolios are in compliance with Reg. 9. Act in accordance with the Banks' internal procedures and policies by successfully completing all compliance examination in a timely manner.
