I obtained this position fresh out of high school with no prior professional work experience and no college degree. This Tier II position was a proving ground for my raw computer abilities and an unforgettable opportunity that developed my communication, programming, and leadership skills. I primarily performed technical support of J2EE applications for clients around the U.S., but also took on self-directed extracurricular programming projects to help increase the efficiency of department processes. Within four months I was awarded a 2% raise and also have a stellar performance review.
