Coordinate and implement Building Management Systems including, but not limited to Energy management fire alarm, security, vision, voice and data for pharmaceutical-manufacturing construction projects.
Perform construction management, programming, troubleshooting, start-up and commissioning, including development of turnover documentation for validation. Supervise, train and work with subcontractors as well as client personnel.
