I continued developing my ability to combine my computer background and Finance skills by overhauling existing reporting and modeling functions with Schwab. over the years, I have played a central role in projects as diverse as annual revenue planning, pricing strategy, client segmentation, and incentive plan design. I excelled at developing cross-department relationships and sharing best-practices to enhance the overall firm. I spent over two years in investor relations ensuring the accurate flow of information to outside analysts and investors. Within a couple of months in my current role, I was recognized as a primary source of knowledge and insight into the design of Schwab Investor Service's incentive plans.
