*Provided Microsoft Partner, MSDN, TechNet, and small business customers with technical assistance, licensing, support options, pre-sales product information, and customer service in a live-chat one-on-one session.
*Products covered include the entire Microsoft product line for all customer types.
*Daily tasks include first-touch resolution for technical and non-technical issues, tracking and follow-up for customer inquiries, escalation paths, and communications with senior support engineers.
*Microsoft internal tools and applications used to track customers. Created support contracts and cases for enterprise small business and developer support.
