How would you describe what you did at California State University, Los Angeles?

I studied the areas of law that dealt with corporations, securities, securities issuance, and corporate governance, reports and filings that are required by state and federal law.

In addition, I took a class on Patents, Copyrights, and Trademarks to enhance my knowledge and reach in specialty areas.

I continued to develop my writing, research, and analysis skills in law.

I was an evening commuter student and worked full time to finance my education.

There was no involvement in on-campus activities. I developed a few study and class chums who I foresaw as desirable professional colleagues.
