How would you describe what you did at New Media Gateway?

Manages full HR function for a 90 person Digital Technology firm.
Benefits Administration/Compensation Plans/Full Cycle Recruitment/Employee Relations Initiatives.
Member of the Sr. Management/Leadership Team.
Managing annual budget of $250,000 with direct reports.
Directing Corporate Culture, upward and downward.
Reporting directly to the President/CEO.
Responsible for all HR programs and processes, employee relations, salary administration, benefits programs, performance appraisal, unemployment claims, as well as all other human resources generalist activities.
Provides advice and professional consultation on HR principles/theories relative to staffing, performance improvement, training and coaching, and employee/labor relations, to management team.
Functioning as the main employee relation contact on site.
Continuous coaching and training efforts for manager, team lead, and staff levels.
Prepares internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies.
Developing site recruitment strategies to attract and retain high quality personnel.
Conduct new employee orientation, open enrollment, and benefits enrollment as the benefits administrator.
Assist with other HR department projects other research, analysis, and vendor selections.
Designs and administers human resources policies and procedure in response to organizational needs.
Collects and analyzes HR data, and makes recommendations to management.
Grown the staff from 20 to current head count of 90 in 1.5 years.
