How would you describe what you did at Pennsylvania State University?

I studied Microbiology and Nutrition, focusing on the science aspect of nutrition. I also minored in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. I was given the opportunity at Penn State to work in the laboratory of Dr. A. Catharine Ross, who is a leader in Vitamin A research. It was in this lab where I conducted research for a thesis in Schreyers Honors College and was able to assist in a publication in the Journal of Nutrition.
