My ideal company would be one similiar to what I'm doing now, which is entertainment marketing. I work with toys, which provides the fun atmophere I enjoy. But working with the entertainment industry on licensing deals is also very interesting. I enjoy a fast pace work environment.

I would also like to find a position in a licensing firm, as I have enjoyed working with licensors.

I do not want another assistant or coordinator position, as I feel I have worked above and beyond those titles and am ready for the next step in my career; that may be project manager, assistant director, marketing manager, even assistant manager.

I do not want another sales position.

I would prefer a corporate position, over a small business, as long as it has a more of a laid back and friendly environment. It is essential my next position is with a very stable company.
