What are the most challenging aspects of your job at
blue shield of california?
Because I was working on several periodicals simultaneously, my biggest challenge was to make sure several competing time lines were being met. To meet this challenge I developed a calendar list time management tool that helped me focus on what I needed to be doing today, while making sure I always remember what I needed to be doing in the future.
