What's your ideal work environment?
The two most important factors of my work environment are: 1) do I enjoy what I'm doing?, and 2) do I enjoy the people with whom I'm working? That said, I thrive in entrepreneurial environments where I can balance independent work with team interaction. I prefer a casual/business casual dress code because I work better when I'm comfortably dressed.
