Principal Responsibilities include: Supports and follows all Wawa safety and security initiatives. Provides a pleasant shopping experience for all customers, responds to customer complaints or inquiries and solicits customer feedback and input as necessary. Received training and can perform duties in each of the functional areas of the store, including customer relations, store level safety, associate training, accounting functions, product handling, ordering and security. Learn store operation functions and company policies and practices that affect each phase of the business. Participate in various shifts and performing required store duties.
