* Drive minimum of 10 product and service deliverables simultaneously ranging from Short Message Service with Sprint and Nextel International Holdings to software focus in deploying content portal to Participation Media projects in concert with NBC, Disney, Sony Pictures, BET, etc.
* Delegate tasks and activities to cross functional project teams of technical professionals based on overall objectives. Prioritize and deliver products while working closely with senior executives, Engineering, QA, Operations, and Account Management.
* Lead and manage all portions of the project life cycle to determine project scope, design specifications, development, testing, implementation and launch. Advocate corrective actions, drive issue resolution, and risk mitigation to ensure products and services meet the customer's and user's needs.
* Manage product and service deliveries with status reports, schedule tracking, meeting minutes and action items to all levels of management and executives.
* Ensure project complies with Statement of Work, Service Level Agreement, or appropriate contract documents.
* Partner with Sales and Marketing to help define customer requirements.
* Manage carriers, content providers, and vendors to exchange technical information to meet deliverables. Develop and manage stakeholder relationships.
