Production Support Lead for leading producer of animated feature films. Created and managed the Product Support Department with a staff of eight, providing support for Feature Animation studio's 300+ SGI (IRIX) machines, Linux workstations and assorted PCs. Managed department scheduling, employee evaluations, peer reviews, professional development, training, recruitment and hiring. Collaborated with technology team to develop and present yearly technology budget to studio executives.
