- Analyze business and system requirements to create and manually execute detailed test scripts for .NET, SQL Server database application (online and reports).
- Manage implementation of RoboHelp HTML 6 project. Document on-line help for key areas of application. Self-taught RoboHelp to produce the online help.
- Report on testing status and communicate issues on a daily basis.
- Document defects using MANTIS (Web based Bug Tracking application).
