Assistant to the Director of Bakery 1999 to 2004 Concurrently supported other management departments , including : General Manager Liquor Floral Produce Meat Deli Meat Answered phones , checked voice mail , routed messages appropriately , delivered mail , made copies , maintained files , received , sent and delivered fax messages , distributed memos and followed up , sent packages to mailroom Contacted managers when they were out of the office regarding critical issues and followed through to resolution . Coordinated and assembled binders of management procedures and data. Obtained office supplies as needed. Greeted and cleared vendors with Security, informed vendors regarding availability of managers, calendar meetings, reserved conference rooms, escorted vendors from lobby to meetings. Set up lunches for meetings. Created schematics in Excel from drawings. Prepared spreadsheets, collected, sorted, and compiled data. Maintained computer data files. Prepared EMS Reports / Tracking. Completed New Item Forms. Composed correspondence to managers, Operation Sales Specialists and consumers. Contacted managers when not in office about situations that arose and followed through Calendar special occasions, i.e. . : birthdays, births , promotions , and illness of managers and sales staff . Paged Operations Sales Specialists to notify of critical communications. Set up conference calls Trouble-shooted critical issues under supervision of manager.
