Act as primary contact for client during implementation process - Manage project plan to meet both budget and timeline -Develop and maintain a regularly scheduled communication plan with clients, developers, trainers, product strategy and other team members - Act as a liaison between clients and software developers, trainers, and other team members - Assist clients in identifying system enhancements that may be required to align the application with their business goals, including prioritizing these enhancements to meet project deadlines and budgets - Perform quality assurance testing for enhancements or other changes to software -Assist senior management in defining project scope for new implementations and add on projects - Develop training materials and documentation for on-boarding product - Train other team members to utilize the on-boarding product as well as the vendor management product - Contribute to development of enhancements to current products for future release - Certified in latest Vurv products including Corporate Edition, Aloha and Beyond
