How would you describe what you did at Charles Schwab?

Supervised staff of ten-training and development. Administrative duties-personnel files and payroll preparation.
Resolved accelerated customer complaints.
Spearheaded program to automate transfer-processing system.
Created written procedures for all tasks performed by team. Procedures used as model for department websites on company's intranet.
Initiated proceedings to improve communications with departments dependent on team's services.
Passed Series 7 and Series 63 tests to obtain broker's license,
As Team Specialist headed complex problem solving team and high-risk transfer e.g. pension plan transfers and high dollar transfers.
Hired as Transfer Specialist in 1995. Promoted twice from 1995 to 2000 before being promoted to Team Manager. Commended for excellence in client phone contact, broker and mutual fund company communication and procurement of information regarding account types and regulatory compliance. Voted by department 'Best' manager for period 1/02 to 6/02. Cited for improvements in efficiency and customer service.
Entered data pertinent to asset transfers.
