Responsible for the attainment of the Region's Appointment Goals for both the Exclusive Financial Services and Exclusive Agent Opportunities. Source candidates through Industry Licensed mailings, direct recruiting at career fairs and business expos, Internet searches/postings and cold calling Industry designated lists. Lead the Regional Recruiting Support Team, consisting of 14 employees, in helping to achieve the Region's appointment plan for 2004 and 2005. Leverage the Agent Referral Program to Employees, Agents and Financial Representatives to generate additional activity in the pipeline. Build relationships with clients by attending seminars, business expos, and networking opportunities with professional organizations.
