What's the secret to getting hired at Mary Kay?

I love being a Mary Kay consultant so much! It doesnt even seem like a 'job'....I can make money by just helping women and men with their skin! I get awards for doing my 'job', and I love when other women realize that Mary Kay is just the right opportunity!
