I supported marketing efforts by tracking sales leads, coordinate mailings, and collected on-line lead opportunities for the academic sector. I organized product collateral material and fulfilled specified trial software and brochure requests for each account representative in the government, pharmaceutical, financial, and academic industries. Consistently performed a follow-up on demonstration requests and student downloads. Compiled and distribute marketing materials to other company offices, seminars, conferences, and tradeshows. I assembled and posted press release information online. I posted new policies and employee handbook updates for the company newsletter and human resource intranet. I also maintained liaisons with company partners to assure that they have the latest materials.
