How would you describe what you did at Hispanic Teleservices?

The basic description is customer care and sales over the phone. Upon entering Sage Telecom in HTC, I managed to get to the top ranks in the first 2 weeks, and was also always on top in high-speed internet sales when in America Online's Sign Up By Phone department. On February 2005, by self initiative I set a higher goal than the one provided for my teammates and me, and after constant follow-up we exceeded that monthly extra goal in less than 3 weeks. As a result of that, I was promoted to a coaching position, which I exerted until July 2006.
