Focused primarily on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications for the banking industry. Lead usability engineer on project in Australia conducting user and work analysis, UI design, usability testing. Designed an approach to work process analysis using a combination of focus groups using the CRTS methodology and ethnographic techniques like structured observation backed by interviews.
