??Manage engineering personnel by implementing the performance evaluation process, provide coaching for management personnel, and evaluate personnel for the purpose of salary administration.
??Work with regional planning and transmission planning to address overloads and long range plans for distribution feeders and substations.
??Prioritize circuit, line and equipment repairs and push resolution of out of configuration issues and manage system risk.
??Recommend improvements to the system from an operating flexibility perspective.
