What's the secret to getting hired at
Kaiser Permanente?
I was working for a temporally agency who happen to place me at Kaiser. I worked as a float. In a couple of weeks I pretty much learned each department. I would always want to know more and more. I felt that the more you learned, the more you are utilized. I guess the felt the same way. I got hired on at Kaiser Stockton within 3 months as a specialty float. I stayed a float because one can learn new things in different departments.
