How would you describe what you did at Nortel Networks?

EPiCON acquired by Nortel Networks September, 2000
Recruited by the EPiCON CEO to revitalize the start-up engineering team and ensure the reliability of the delivered product. Grew headcount by 10 to 35 and lead the team that built Application Service Provider (ASP) infrastructure software that deploys, installs, repairs, and removes Windows applications onto/from PCs across the Internet. $4M Budget.
* Reinforced M&A efforts with a reliable product, transforming an OEM relationship with Nortel Networks into a $300M acquisition.
* Based on a new managed service provider direction, planned and delivered the ASP product (new Web UI, consistent architecture, formal quality assurance and testing, and online documentation) that attracted Nortel and its competitors, while satisfying requirements of an installed base (Citrix OEM).
