US Air Force?
Served as a Morale, Welfare and Recreation and Personnel Officer in the United States Air Force at bases including Vandenberg AFB, CA; Grand Forks AFB, ND; San Vito AS, Italy; and Malmstrom AFB, MT. Deployed in support of Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm. Over saw a variety of recreation activities including libraries, day care centers, fitness centers, recreation centers, hobby centers, outdoor recreation and camp grounds. Personally managed at various times an Arts and Crafts Center, Day Care Center, Recreation Center and Consolidated Club. Supervised from 3 to over 50 personnel. Managed the Non Appropriated Funds Financial Management Office at several locations responsible for budgeting, executing, tracking, and reporting funds status. Responsible for over $10.5M in real property assets. NAF operational budgets to over $1.75M and APF budgets of approximately $1M. Over saw construction of various facilities from concept through planning, design, execution and acceptance of facilities.
