What's the secret to getting hired at Peppermill Hotel and Casino?

Peppermill is looking for people with positive attitudes first. They will hire someone with a good attitude willing to learn that might not be quite yet competent for the job descriptions before someone else who would be competent for the job and have a bad attitude.
